Terms and Conditions of Sale – I.R.C. Components Ecommerce

Definitions

  • Seller: IRC S.r.l., with registered office at Via Inferiore Rio Maggiore, 8C • 16138 Genoa, VAT no. 02261530998, registered with the Genoa Chamber of Commerce.
  • Customer: The user placing an order through the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal managed by IRC S.r.l.
  • Products: The goods and services offered for sale on the irccomponentsusa.com ecommerce portal.
  • Contract: The agreement between the Customer and the Seller for the purchase of Products, which is formed upon the Seller’s acceptance of the order.

Acceptance of Terms
The purchase of Products from the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal constitutes the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Orders

  • Orders placed through the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal are considered purchase offers.
  • The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.

Prices and Payments

  • The prices of the Products are those indicated on the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal at the time the order is placed.
  • The Customer is responsible for full payment of the order before the Products are shipped.
  • Payment can be made using the payment methods accepted by the ecommerce portal.

Shipping and Delivery

  • The Seller commits to delivering the Products to the address specified by the Customer in the order.
  • Delivery dates are indicative and may vary. The Seller will make every effort to adhere to them.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

  • The Customer has the right to return Products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
  • The Seller will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, excluding the original shipping costs.
  • The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Products are defective or incorrect.

Warranties

  • The Seller provides warranties for the Products in accordance with applicable laws.
  • To request assistance or submit complaints regarding the Products, the Customer may contact the Seller at info@irccomponents.it

Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of the Products.
  • The Seller’s total liability to the Customer will never exceed the amount paid for the Products.

Changes to the Terms

  • The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will be published on the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal and will take effect immediately.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer confirms having understood and agreed to all terms and conditions.
